DETAILED INFORMATION ON EPIC NETWORK'S COMPENSATION PLAN

A Unique Income Generational System With Epic Network's compensation plan, you “get what you see” meaning that we have designed a plan that is:
  • generous to the distributor and fair to the company,
  • is both easy to understand and easy to explain, and
  • does not contain any “smoke and mirrors,”  “hidden traps” or “gotchas” 

After extensive research, EPIC Network determined that over 86% of distributors are looking for a balanced, middle-weighted plan that allows the average person to earn an above-average income, but will not hinder anyone's ambitions to achieve their highest level of desired income.  We recognize that a pay plan cannot be all things to all people, but we have developed a unique income generation plan that supports distributors in reaching their financial goals and manifesting their dreams.  The EPIC Compensation Plan Difference Below are the outstanding features that drive EPIC Network's compensation plan to a completely new level in the industry.

With EPIC Network's unique team compensation plan, there is NO balancing requirement of 1/3 rd to 2/3 rd or 50/50 that conventional binary plans impose.  EPIC Network offers all the advantages of building two teams without penalizing the distributor. 

  • EPIC Network pays all its distributors semi-monthly and on time .  No waiting for a pay check. 
  • No need to sign up “one on your left and one on your right” to qualify for earnings. ( Except on the Team Plan Payout, you are paid on the lesser volume. In order to get paid on this, you need some volume on both sides)
  • There are minimal volume requirements to qualify for pay.  In most conventional programs, you must accumulate or earn enormous volume to become eligible to receive a check.  Not so with EPIC Network
  • The EPIC Network compensation plan does not include breakaways – no matter how much volume any of your team members achieve, your commissions and bonuses are never reduced.  You are, therefore, encouraged to help your individual team members to achieve their highest income potential. 
  • EPIC Network provides everyone with a level playing field where distributors are rewarded based on their effort and personal achievement rather than on some arbitrary rank or title.  You are encouraged to develop and support your teams so that everyone wins.  Through rewarding teamwork, EPIC Network's plan is designed to promote a high level of integrity, eliminate the unfair advantage for those “at the top” and discourage “one upmanship.”  
  • EPIC Network's philosophy is that we are all connected to one another, and what we do to others we do to ourselves.  We are all one family.  As a responsible business, we at EPIC Network believe we must honor everyone.  With that philosophy in mind, EPIC Network supports many charitable organizations through donations equaling 1% of company profits monthly.  Donations are made in the name of our EPIC Network distributors.  Every distributor selected to participate in this program may choose a charity from the elected list and may nominate charities for inclusion on the list.  Note:  The Distributor Advisory Council reviews and approves all nominations.
  • EPIC Network offers a great “No Brainer” fund raising program.  The complete EPIC Network fund raising program is available for distributors to learn how to raise revenue for their favorite non-profit organizations, and at the same time, earn commissionable volume. 

Basic Fee to Join as a Customer: For those who do not wish to own their own business or build an Epic team, they can join our Wholesale Customer Program. There is a one-time lifetime membership fee of $9.95 for the right to purchase products at wholesale, at any time, no minimum purchases required. 

Requirements to Begin Earning Commissions: 1.) Join as an EPIC Network distributor for a yearly fee of $29.95. 2.) Select a monthly autoship option to purchase products that you consume personally, sell, or use as samples as follows:  Phase I Qualification of $60, Phase II Qualification of $100, or Phase III Qualification of $160.  3.) Purchase $300 in products to activate your Sales Center.  You may elect to purchase $300 in products immediately or over the first 12 weeks of your distributorship.

Note 1: each autoship option qualifies you for a different stage of “earning power ” as explained further down in this document .  
Note 2:  You may qualify either by your monthly autoship, or by your personal customer sales.

Phase I Qualification $60

Four-Generation Foundational Plan


If you choose the $60 autoship plan (or you purchase $60 in product monthly, or your customers purchase $60 monthly in product) you are eligible to receive commission on the first $50 commissionable sales volume (cv) on your personally enrolled team members as follows: 

A.) 10% on your personally sponsored distributors (1st Generation)
B.) 10% on every distributor enrolled by (A) (2nd Generation)    
C.) 10% on every distributor enrolled by (B) (3rd Generation) 
D.) 20% on every distributor enrolled by (C) (4th Generation)  

This is known as the “Foundational Plan” so that everyone can start earning a profit quickly to build a strong foundation enabling them to fund the next Qualification Phase.


Phase II Qualification $100

Team Plan Bonus

15% bonus on your lesser volume team


In addition to the earnings through the Four-Generation Foundational Plan above, you receive an additional 15% commission on your lesser team volume.  

Example:  If your lesser team volume is $1,000, you receive an additional 15% monthly bonus for a total of $150.  No minimum volume or balance requirement!   No flushing at the end of a pay cycle!! The excess over the lesser volume is carried to the next pay cycle on your strong side.


Phase III Qualification $160

Four-Generation
Multi-MagniMatch Matching Bonus

At this qualification phase, you maximize your income. If you are on $160 or more autoship (or you purchase $160 in product monthly, or your customers purchase $160 monthly in product) you earn Epic Network's Multi-MagniMatch System commission, which pays matching bonus on your personally enrolled team members as follows:  

A.) 50% of your personally sponsored distributors' monthly commission  (1st Generation)
B.) 25% of the monthly commission from every distributor enrolled by (A) (2nd Generation)       
C.) 15% of the monthly commission from every distributor enrolled by (B) (3rd Generation)
D.) 10% of of the monthly commission from every distributor enrolled by (C) (4th Generation)

The Multi-MagniMatch Matching Bonus applies to both teams & is paid on your personally sponsored enrollees, no matter where you place them , Based on their Phase II commission check & the generation they are in.


EPIC Network's

30% retail sales bonus


PLUS , If you are on $165 or more autoship (or you purchase $165 or more in products monthly, or you & your customers purchase $165 or more monthly in product) in addition to all the bonuses and commissions listed above for Phase I, Phase II & Phase III, you are eligible for an additional 30% retail sales bonus.  You earn 30% on every Wholesale dollar purchased over $165 from your customers, or from your personal purchases.  This 30% bonus can be substantial!

How the MagniMatch System Works…. You personally enroll John who earns $1,000 on his Team Plan Bonus.  You earn a 50% matching bonus for a total of $500.  John personally enrolls Betty who earns $1000on her Team Plan Bonus .  You earn a 25% matching bonus for a total of $250.  You also earn 25% matching on every distributor that John enrolls.  Betty personally enrolls Sally who earns $1,000 on herTeam Plan Bonus .  You earn a 15% matching bonus for a total of $150.  You also earn 15% matching bonus on every distributor that Betty enrolls. Sally personally enrolls David who earns $1,000 on hisTeam Plan Bonus .  You earn a 10% matching bonus for total of $100.   You also earn 10% matching bonus on every distributor that Sally enrolls.  

Additional Bonuses, Commissions, and Rewards Re-Entry Positions:  Another great way to earn additional income is through earning a re-entry position.  Once you have “maxed out” your sales center ($20,000.00 on both sides in the semi-monthly pay cycle), you are qualified to earn two new sales positions for each one of your teams, allowing you to leverage existing volume as you continue to grow your business.  There is no qualifying add-on purchase or sales volume requirement to activate your new sales center.  So, as an EPIC Network Presidential Associate, your earning potential is limitless!  

Retail Sales:  Any distributor can purchase product wholesale for sale at retail.  Distributors may assign a retail price for products based on what the market will bear.  No one is limited to EPIC Network's recommended or suggested retail cost. 

Fund Raising Program:   Fund raising is an excellent way to earn commissionable volume.   Additionally, fund raising provides the means to receive referrals for more fund raisers, generate repeat fundraising customers, and is a terrific way to attract distributors who see what we have, understand who we are, and catch the EPIC Network vision!
